Funfetti cookies

I’m always on the lookout for a way to satisfy my sweet tooth, especially the one that craves cookie dough or cake. Well, I’ve come pretty darn close to finding the right recipe. And it’s baked so that means no raw eggs! This is a cookie, that taste like cake batter! No joke! And it’s super easy to make!

Pillsbury funfetti cake mix
2 eggs
1/3 cup of oil


Let get started!

Preheat your oven to 375.

Let add all of our ingredients to the box of cake mix. Forget the instructions on the box, just add the eggs and oil.



Mix together with your beaters.


When you’ve mixed together these three it should be thick but not firm. It should look like this.


Now it’s time to place and bake! I chose to use a mini cupcake pan, but it doesn’t really matter. I also used a cookie scooper so I didn’t end up with messy hands.


Bake at 375 for 10 minutes. Ok, I didn’t cook them for the whole 10 minutes, but just under to get a slightly gooey center!


Once done, enjoy that totally amazing goodness that is this cookie! I know the first time I ate them, I couldn’t get enough…so beware! Enjoy!
